I1scr Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using the platform i1scr via any device — whether a desktop, smartphone, or tablet — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

i1scr reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior separate notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use the platform i1scr, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years of age and above at the time of registration. i1scr strictly prohibits registration by any underage individual. Any account found to be owned by a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party, company, or other entity.
• You are not on any list of individuals prohibited from participating in betting or casino activities in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Your account has never been closed, suspended, or banned by i1scr for any prior breach of terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the platform i1scr. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance without compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your official Malaysian identification document (MyKad or Passport)
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your name
• A valid and active email address
• Exact date of birth for age verification

i1scr reserves the right to request document verification at any stage. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete. You are responsible for keeping your account information current at all times.

Your account password is entirely your responsibility. Please use a strong password and never share it with anyone. i1scr will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

i1scr accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. i1scr does not accept third-party deposits. Any attempt to deposit funds from an account belonging to another person will be blocked and may be subject to investigation.

Funds deposited into your i1scr account will be credited within the stated timeframe. If your deposit has not been credited after the expected period, please contact our support team with proof of transaction.

Withdrawal of funds from your account i1scr subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 per request.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for standard accounts, and may be higher for i1scr VIP members.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 5 to 15 minutes for most requests. In certain cases that require additional review, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and matching the method used for deposit.
• All bonuses received must meet the stipulated rollover requirement before any withdrawal can be made.

i1scr reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) before processing any withdrawal. This is standard procedure to safeguard your funds. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad or Passport, a screenshot of your bank account or digital wallet, and proof of address.

Platform i1scr offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions that must be met before withdrawals are permitted:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members making their first deposit. A standard rollover of 25x the bonus value applies before any withdrawal can be made.
• Reload Bonus: Available to existing members who make a re-deposit during the promotional period. A rollover requirement of 20x the bonus value applies.
• Weekly Cashback: Cashback percentage is calculated based on total net losses within the week. Cashback is credited every Monday.
• Referral Bonus: Awarded when you refer a new friend who successfully registers and completes their first qualifying deposit.

General terms applicable to all bonuses i1scr:

• Each member is entitled to claim each bonus type once within the stipulated period.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• I1scr reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the account.
• All bets placed using bonus funds are subject to a maximum bet limit of RM100 per single bet unless otherwise stated.

All bets placed on the platform i1scr — whether for sports (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports), Live Casino, slots, or table games — are subject to the following rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled once a match or round has begun.
• i1scr reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, significant odds discrepancy, or exceptional circumstances that affect the integrity of a match or game.
• In the event a sports match is postponed, interrupted, or cancelled, the bet settlement rules specified in the relevant sports section will apply.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type, variant, and membership status (standard or VIP).
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing any bets. i1scr provides a rules guide for every game available on the platform.

For Live Casino games, all outcomes are final based on the actions of the physical dealer as broadcast in real time. Any disputes regarding game results must be submitted within 24 hours after the relevant round has concluded.

As a member i1scr, you are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Keeping your login credentials and account password confidential. All activity carried out through your account will be considered your own.
• Report any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account to the i1scr support team immediately.
• Play within your financial means and practise responsible gambling.
• Not to use any assistance software, automated bots, or other unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Not to use funds obtained through illegal means for any betting activity on i1scr.

i1scr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of the following:

• Multiple account ownership or identity fraud
• Bonus abuse or collusion with other members
• Use of unauthorized software or methods to gain an unfair advantage
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour towards support staff or other members
• Money laundering or financial fraud
• Access from restricted regions

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the support team i1scr. Any valid funds will be returned upon completion of the required identity verification process.

i1scr takes your privacy seriously. All personal data collected during registration and platform use is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Your data is used for the following purposes:

• Management and maintenance of your account
• Processing of financial transactions (deposits and withdrawals)
• Identity verification and anti-money laundering compliance
• Delivery of account-related communications, promotions, and i1scr service updates
• Platform improvements and user experience enhancements

Platform usage i1scr subject to the following general rules, which all members must comply with:

• The i1scr platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. No winnings are guaranteed by any party.
• All content on the platform — including software, graphics, text, and logos — is the property of i1scr and protected under copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of this content without written permission.
• I1scr is not liable for any disruptions, delays, or technical failures caused by factors beyond our control, including network issues, power outages, or natural disasters.
• This platform uses audited and certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games, ensuring genuinely random and fair outcomes.
• The official languages for all communications and dispute resolution are Bahasa Malaysia and English.

i1scr will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Financial losses resulting from sports betting or casino games, whether direct or indirect
• Errors or delays in processing caused by third-party systems
• Unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential
• Any losses arising from service disruptions by third-party payment providers such as Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, or the banks involved
• Content or links found on third-party websites that you access through any link that may appear on the platform

Maximum liability i1scr to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total net deposits made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim, or RM500, whichever is lower.
